- Small businesses across the country may have to spend thousands of dollars each week to pay to test their workers for COVID, and would face fines from nearly $14,000 all the way up to over $136,000 for noncompliance.
- As Biden’s policies lower real wages, he’s attempting to take even more money out of workers’ pockets, as many may need to pay for their own tests.
- Biden’s vaccine mandate does not include a carve-out for truckers – who already face major driver shortages – meaning that the supply chain crisis could get even worse.
- Small businesses with less than 100 workers aren’t in the clear either, as the Biden administration is leaving the door open to expanding the mandate to cover them.

- Just weeks ago, Biden, along with all Americans, were rightfully hailing frontline healthcare workers for their bravery in fighting COVID-19 – now, Biden wants to fire these heroes, stripping them of their livelihoods.
- Many frontline healthcare workers could lose their jobs if they are not vaccinated before December 4th – there is no option to opt out and receive weekly testing instead.
- Biden’s rule ignores the protection afforded by natural immunity, forcing previously infected individuals to get vaccinated – so much for “following the science.”
- Unconstitutional mandates are also a brazen attack on first responders:
- Draconian requirements in New York City led to the furloughing 9,000 city employees in just one day.
- As a result, more than 2,300 firefighters were forced off of duty, leading 18 firehouses to close overnight. NYC residents also faced longer emergency response times.
- Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate is an unconstitutional, unacceptable attack on the rights of American workers and small businesses.
